Botox® Cosmetic or Dysport® or Xeomin®

Botox®, Dysport® and Xeomin® are all known as neuromuscular blockers. They function to create the look of youthful skin by temporarily reducing and preventing wrinkles, resulting in a smoother, renewed appearance. By selectively weakening muscles of the face, these injections temporarily reduce or eliminates frown lines, forehead creases, crows feet near the eyes and thick bands in the neck. It is a simple, ten-minute non-surgical treatment. Within days there is a visible improvement. We aim for natural results, avoiding that "frozen look".  Effects normally last between 3-6 months.  For more information on Botox®, Dysport® and Xeomin® please refer to our blog section.  Simply put, these injections weaken the muscles that create wrinkles. 

Soft Tissue Filler Injectables
(Juvederm™, Perlane®/Restylane®, Radiesse®, Sculptra® ,Voluma)

Soft-tissue fillers, generally injectable forms of collagen or fat can help fill in lines and creases, temporarily making for a rejuvenated, refreshed appearance. When injected beneath the skin, these fillers plump creased and sunken areas of the face. They can additionally add fullness to the lips and cheeks.  These injectables can be performed in as little time as a lunch-hour and recovery is minimal. 

Fat injections

Fat is a excellent, long term filler that can be used to restore volume.  Fat injections are very popular, natural, and very predictable option for facial rejuvenation.  Typically we harvest fat from the lower abdomen, inner thigh, or knee area.  The fat is prepared and injected, just as a filler.  Extra fat is saved as stored in our facility.  This fat can be injected at a later date as a touch up.  Fat is an excellent source of stem cells.  There are actually 500 times more stem cells in fat than there is in bone marrow.  These stem cells are responsible for the improvement in skin quality patients notice after this procedure.  The result from a fat injection typically lasts for many years.

Pelleve

With Pelleve we can offer our patients a non-painful, nonsurgical option for skin tightening and smoothing the skin of the face.  A cooling gel is applied to the face and a warm radiofrequency wand is rubbed over the areas of loose or wrinkled skin.  Most patients require 4 treatments at 2 to 4 week intervals to achieve the maximal results. These results last between 12 and 16 months.   Immediately after the treatment you will be slightly red for a few hours.  In time your skin will look tighter, less wrinkled, and feel smoother.

What is Skin Tyte?

Sciton's Skin Tyte offers of a non-invasive treatment for skin laxity which is safer and more effective than ever before. By delivering 100% safe infrared light energy with advanced surface cooling technology heat is delivered below the skin's surface to increase tissue tightening and reduce skin laxity.

This ground-breaking new technology is used to selectively heat the dermal collagen deep in your skin while at the same time cooling the epidermis (outer layer of skin) prior-to, during, and after treatment, reducing pain and minimizing internal thermal injury to adjacent skin structures. The result is partial coagulation and contraction of collagen which tightens the skin.

What can Skin Tyte do for my skin?

A Skin Tyte procedure is a series of full face or body, gentle uses of pulsed infrared light energy treatments aimed to improve the appearance of sun damaged and aged skin, as well as decrease patches of facial and neck redness and flushing. Skin Tyte treatment results in a much younger looking skin.

Which area of the body can be treated with Skin Tyte?

SkinTyte treatment is safe for all skin types and can be performed on any area of the body where an improvement in your skin firmness is desired. Popular areas include the face, neck, abdomen and arms.

How does the Skin Tyte work?

The SkinTyte process selectively photocoagulates soft tissue in combination with an integral thermo-electric cooler for use in cooling the epidermis at the treatment site prior to, during and after treatment to reduce pain and minimize heat injury to the adjacent skin structures.

By utilizing a broadband of light energy to heat dermal collagen, this process promotes the partial denaturation and contraction of collagen. The heat also stimulates the body's natural healing process which generates a renewed firmer collagen base that leads to skin tightening.

Most individuals requires 2-5 sessions. Each session is spaced at an interval of 3-4 weeks.

This treatment takes about 45 minutes per area.  The most commonly treated areas are the face, neck, belly and upper chest.

Most patients feel that their skin is tighter after just one treatment, but visible improvements in skin laxity generally take place over three to six months. This exciting new technology is perfect for those who wish to tighten and firm up their skin, with virtually no down-time.  This is outstanding for the patient who wants to avoid surgery but still "tighten up".

Micro Laser Peel

If you desire smoother, healthier more vibrant skin and cannot afford more than a few days of downtime the micro laser peel is an excellent solution.  After this precise peel with Scition's computerized scanner, most patients report wearing only 1/3 the makeup they used to wear.  You will notice a significant and immediate change in skin texture and tightness. Topical anesthesia is all that is needed for this peel and discomfort is minimal.
